The products in stock that are bought on Daniele Henkel’s website are, unless otherwise specified, shipped within two (2) business days from the purchase date. To the time allotted to process the order is added the delivery time, which will be determined by the delivery method chosen by the buyer. Daniele Henkel Inc. cannot be held liable for any delays in the delivery time. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY To return and exchange a product, you must contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-514-312-0222 ext. 222. No exchange request will be accepted using social media platforms. No exchange request will be accepted unless it has been previously approved by our customer service team. All exchange requests need to be accompanied by an original receipt or a copy of said original receipt. If you notice a problem or manufacturing defect with the items you purchased on Daniele Henkel Inc.’s website, please contact our customer service team immediately. Exchange requests can be accepted 15 days following the purchase date. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, opened and/or used items are not eligible for an exchange. Products returned to Daniele Henkel Inc. must be in good condition and in their original packaging. If you choose a delivery method that does not require a signature upon delivery, Daniele Henkel Inc cannot guarantee the reception of the product.
