Cefar Activ 4 is the easiest way to stay in shape. Cefar Activ 4 is compact and portable; but most importantly it is designed to guide you through the training program in order to make you achieve the physical targeted goals. Cefar Activ 4 works on four levels; meaning that at each level you can train a major part of your body.
Body mass index calculator (IMC)
This new function can calculate your body mass index and also the percentage of your body fat mass in order to let you watch your progress.
Built-in personal trainer
This function analyses your personal sizes and your physical state (height, weight, physical activity), then it establishes a full program according to your physical condition and to your goals. You can also set up and save two different programs for two different persons.
Four levels and function 2+2
The stimulator has four levels, giving the possibility of training simultaneously several muscles or muscle groups. The function 2+2 is designed for using two different programs in the same time. You can for example train your thigh using the recovery program while running the relaxation program for the neck. This way you can save time and you can have a flexible training routine.

Besides muscular relaxation, Cefar activ 4 is particularly efficient for the pain relieving; especially in case of sciatica (irritation of the sciatic nerve), menstrual aches, and headaches and in the process of endorphin production.
